These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SNSFurniture.com and purchases from Sash & Shade. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
Products, Images, and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present product information accurately. Furniture finishes, fabrics, wood grain, colors, dimensions, and appearance can vary because of manufacturing tolerances, screen settings, photography, natural materials, and production changes. Lifestyle photographs may show accessories or companion pieces that are not included unless specifically stated. Product availability is subject to supplier inventory and may change without notice.
Pricing and Errors
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice before an order is accepted. Manufacturer suggested retail prices, comparison prices, promotions, or other reference prices are provided for comparison and may not represent prices at which a product has previously sold in every market. We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, description, or availability errors and to cancel or revise an affected order before fulfillment. Applicable taxes, delivery, freight, assembly, or other charges will be disclosed as applicable during the transaction.
Orders and Acceptance
An order submission or payment authorization does not by itself guarantee acceptance or availability. Sash & Shade may confirm inventory, pricing, delivery feasibility, and payment authorization before accepting an order. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate business, inventory, fraud-prevention, pricing-error, or fulfillment reasons. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Payments
Online and card payments may be processed through Authorize.net or another third-party payment processor or merchant-service provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and authorize the applicable charges for your purchase, taxes, delivery, and agreed services.
Delivery and Customer Responsibilities
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless Sash & Shade expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Delays may occur because of manufacturer inventory, freight, weather, carrier, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information, ensuring reasonable access, measuring doorways, halls, stairs, elevators, and intended placement areas, and identifying building or delivery restrictions before delivery.
Returns, Cancellations, and Final Sale
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary, eligible standard furniture returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, approved non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return transportation costs, and mattresses and special/custom orders are final sale except as otherwise stated in that policy or required by law.
Warranties
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is provided under the manufacturer’s own terms. Except for obligations that cannot legally be disclaimed, Sash & Shade does not create an additional manufacturer warranty merely by selling the product. Contact us for assistance with an available manufacturer claim.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
The SNSFurniture.com website design, Sash & Shade branding, original text, graphics, and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, specifications, and authorized product imagery remain the property of their respective owners. You may use this website for personal shopping and informational purposes but may not misuse, interfere with, scrape in a manner that disrupts service, or reproduce protected site content for commercial purposes without authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sash & Shade will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a transaction. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another mandatory law applies.
